Divvaakar has had an outstanding academic record in school and university,
and ranked seventh in the State Honor list. A Mechanical Engineer from India's premier institution -IIT Delhi (Class of 1982) he has 20 years of experience in India and overseas, extending from project management, trade and investment strategies, setting up joint ventures and handling international trade-especially in European and Middle East Markets.
He is a recognized expert on Trade, Investment and Competition Policy, and has been commissioned on several projects by international development agencies such as UNCTAD, ITC and the European Commission, besides leading international Companies.
He heads the Transaction Advisory practice at Ace Global.
